Delivery all over Pakistan within 5 - 7 working days (once the order has been confirmed).

Payment through COD orders will be processed after telephonic verification through WhatsApp or call.

Once an order is placed, including COD and online paid orders, address modifications are not permissible.

For some farfetched areas, pre-payments and self-collection might be applied.

In case of natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays, deliveries might be delayed.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Order Confirmation and Payments

All orders placed from Monday to Friday take up to 2 working days to confirm. Orders placed on weekends or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day.

During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays.

COD Orders:

• For COD orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum of 3 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.
• Payments will be collected from the shipping address for orders placed on COD method.

Online Payment Orders:

Orders placed through online payment systems undergo a comprehensive fraud status check. Upon clearance from our payment processor, they proceed to the next stage. In the event of a failed fraud status, they are automatically cancelled.

Order Cancellation

AMNA ALI NAWAZ reserves the right to cancel the order for the following reasons:

• Out of stock items
• Pricing issue
• Technical errors
• Declined payments by your authorized payment institution
• High return ratio
• Non-service areas
• Suspicious history

We do not offer any cash refund.

We offer exchanges for defective items or wrong sizes. If the item is defective, please WhatsApp us with pictures and the order number within 24 hours after receiving the shipment.

All sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the sizes before ordering.

Replacement time: The replacement process may take up to 8-10 days, depending on the item’s availability.

We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back, unless requested by our representative.

Exchange Conditions

• Once the returned product is assessed by our team, an exchange will be offered, subject to availability.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, with all tags intact and original packing, along with the invoice.
• The colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic and lighting sources or mobile/monitor brightness settings. Products are not eligible for exchange for this reason.
• Sale articles are non-exchangeable.

AMNA ALI NAWAZ holds the authority to reject any exchange claim that does not meet the policy mentioned on the website.
