Yes. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, our backend verification protocol initiates a confirmation step via an automated system or an official manual call from a dedicated representative. We extend a maximum of three (3) distinct outreach attempts. If contact cannot be established within this window, the order is automatically canceled to release reserved inventory back to the storefront.

We maintain a strict no-cash-refund policy. If something isn't quite right, all eligible returns are seamlessly processed as product size or defect exchanges within our specified 7-day timeframe.

We split logistics responsibilities fairly depending on the root cause:

• Brand Error: If the delivered product measurements vary from our official size chart, or if an incorrect item/size was packed, Amna Ali Nawaz covers 100% of the replacement shipping costs.
• Selection Error: If a customer accidentally orders the wrong size, we gladly support the exchange. In this instance, the customer is responsible for covering the standard exchange delivery charges.

We employ a friction-free "Doorstep Replacement" mechanism. Once your digital request is verified via WhatsApp, our dispatch team creates a fresh "Replacement Parcel". When the courier rider arrives at your doorstep with the new parcel, you simply hand over the original, securely packed item to the same rider in a smooth, simultaneous swap.
