Refund Policy

  • We do not offer any cash refund.
  • We offer exchanges for defective items or the wrong size. If the item is defective WhatsApp us with the pictures/order number within 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
  • All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the sizes before ordering.
  • Please note that the replacement time can take up to 8-10 days time depending on the availability of the item.
  • We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.
  • Please note that once your returned product is assessed by the relevant team, you will be offered an exchange subject to availability
  • Please note that the product must be unused, and shouldn’t be damaged, all tags must be intact and packing should be in its original condition with an invoice attached.
  • The colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic and lighting sources or your mobile / monitor brightness settings. Therefore, products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
