How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 5 working days once confirmed. Parcels often arrive ahead of schedule.

I placed a Cash on Delivery order. Do I need to confirm it?

Yes. For Cash on Delivery orders we confirm by an automated message or a call from our team, with up to three attempts. If we cannot reach you in that window, the order is cancelled automatically so the stock goes back to the store.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are processed as size or defect exchanges within 7 days.

Who pays for exchange shipping?

Brand error: if the item measurements differ from our size chart, or the wrong item or size was packed, Amna Ali Nawaz covers 100% of the replacement shipping.

Selection error: if the wrong size was ordered, we gladly exchange it, and the customer covers the standard exchange delivery charge.

How does the exchange process work?

Once your request is verified on WhatsApp, we create a fresh replacement parcel. When the courier arrives with it, you hand the original, securely packed item to the same rider in one simultaneous swap.
