• For COD orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum numbers of 3 confirmation calls. If left unattended your order will be cancelled.  
• Orders placed through online payment system undergo a comprehensive fraud status check. Upon clearance from our payment processer, they proceed to the next stage and in the event of a failed fraud status they are automatically cancelled.
• Payments will be collected from the shipping address for orders placed on COD method.
